We take ALL custom requests via Instagram Messages, where a friendly member of our team will be happy to help you bring your idea to life. Before you contact us, however, it's important to have an idea of the sort of piece you're looking for, and to help you do that we have listed available options below...

RESIN PIECES
Most of the finished customs you'll see on our Instagram feed are created from high quality epoxy resin.
Resin is a liquid medium which solidifies to create a durable, glass-like material and allows for complex layered designs in any colour combination you can think of, including transparent and pearly, opalescent shades.
We often use small toys, charms, letters and embellishments within our resin pieces and we have a VAST selection of items to choose from in our collection, as well as happily making or sourcing anything which we do not currently carry. We have almost every shade of glitter you can imagine, too.
Whatever your 'thing' is - we likely have it in stock, the only limit is your imagination!
Resin pieces are created within silicone moulds, which form the shape of your finished piece, and we have a wide variety of available shapes and sizes for you to choose from, with our collection growing all the time!

Please Note; Not all moulds are suitable for every project or idea, due to things such as gravity or sizing issues. We will be able to advise you when you place your order! Also, if you would like to see any of our moulds, feel free to drop us a message on Instagram!
CLAY PIECES
With backgrounds in fine art and design, we are also experienced sculptors! We custom make charms or WHOLE PIECES from professional quality doll makers clay which we fire, hand paint and glaze right here in our studio! Sculpted pieces are a good choice if you want three dimensional designs and, as no moulds are needed, there is no limit to the size or shape you can request! We endeavour to keep larger clay pieces as lightweight as possible, so that they are comfortably wearable as earrings or pendant pieces.
When ordering a sculpted clay piece, you may find it easier to sketch out a rough design for us to follow or provide a reference picture - don't worry if you're not particularly artistically able, a doodle is incredibly helpful to us as it allows us to get a feel for your idea visually. Please also make sure to include desired measurements!

VEGAN LEATHER COLLARS
All of our classic collars are handmade using VEGAN LEATHER, steel fixtures and fittings, and beautiful colourful eyelets! We offer front and back fastening options, full sizing customisation and our collars are also durable enough to be used during kinky play.

NYLON/GROSGRAIN COLLARS
Our Nylon Collars are handmade using durable nylon webbing and grosgrain in a variety of super saturated colours, quirky patterns and beautiful prints!
They feature plastic clasps and sliders, making them size adjustable and super comfortable. We offer plastic spikes, eyelets and charms as additions, or custom made O-Rings. Each piece is made to order, with your choice of colours, effects and embellishments.

IT ALL STARTS WITH A WEIRD IDEA…
CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS AND POLICIES
When you message us to request a custom order, please try to include as much information as possible.
Once we have enough information from you, including any design sketches or reference images (optional), we will provide a QUOTE for your approval. If you are working with a budget, please let us know this along with the design information so we can calculate feasibility and suggest cost saving modifications if necessary.
Custom orders take time to produce, so if you NEED your piece for a certain date, event or occasion - please make sure to get your order in well in advance to avoid disappointment!
Once you order is agreed, before we start work, we deem this to be a verbal contract.
We will update you via message and post work-in-progress shots on our feed to keep you up to date with how your piece is progressing. Feel free to let us know if you'd like minor changes made to the design at this stage, and if possible we will adapt. Additions to your design (e.g. "Can it be bigger?", "I would like more spikes" etc) made at this stage will incur extra charges - so please bear this in mind!
We NEVER ask for payment until you are 100% HAPPY with your FINISHED PIECE.
Once complete, we will make you a custom listing here on our site and provide you with purchase instructions via private message.
We expect orders to be paid for within SEVEN DAYS of completion, unless we have agreed otherwise due to exceptional circumstances.
Your order will ship out on the next SUNDAY after we receive your payment.
Our CUSTOMS LIST stays open until we have TEN orders, at which point we temporarily stop taking orders until we're up to speed. See our Instagram Bio for the current status!
